Our family recipe comes from a little place in the Marche region of Italy, where it’s been nurtured for generations, and that’s one of the things that makes Olive the Senses Victoria’s first choice for the finest, freshest, single cultivar extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars.
Since we’re family owned and operated, we understand the importance of relationships. This is why we work closely with farmers in both hemispheres to deliver our fresh, ultra-premium olive oils, and also why we hand-bottle our oils on-site for you, ensuring you’re taking home the freshest products possible.
We started sharing our olive oil at Bastion Square Market, watching with delight at the expressions on people’s faces as they discovered the difference our Spanish Manzanillo oil or Espresso Dark Balsamic brought to food.
Recently, we’ve decided to take the next step and opened a shop in the historical Hudson building located at
9-1701 Douglas St., in the core of beautiful Victoria.
Our store hours are Tuesday – Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm, Closed Monday
On Thursday evenings at 6:30 we host weekly guided tastings, we appreciate a call to confirm reservations.
